I didn’t come from a law firm, and I didn’t come from government. My background is in education (an M.Ed., and years spent building structured systems that help people navigate complicated processes without getting lost in them.)
It turns out apostille and authentication work needed exactly that skill. This isn’t legally complex work… but it is unforgiving work. One step out of sequence, one seal from the wrong office, and a case that should take a week takes two months instead. Law firms don’t have the bandwidth to supervise that sequence case by case, and their paralegals shouldn’t have to.
I built Veritas to be the outsourced discipline for that one piece of the process. I built it so your team can stay focused on the actual legal work.

That’s a path I chose, not a limitation of scale. A missed detail on a birth certificate or a background check is costly. It can cost a client their visa timeline, their closing date, their relocation. I’d rather stay personally accountable for every case than hand that risk to volume.
